Learning and security awareness platform
My1Service gives any organisation, from businesses and public bodies to colleges and nonprofits, its own branded space to train its people. Run POPIA and cybersecurity courses, test staff with realistic phishing simulations, and send anyone who takes the bait straight into the right training.

Phishing simulation
Send your staff realistic phishing emails styled on the brands they deal with every day, and see exactly how far each person goes: opened, clicked, entered a username, submitted a password. Anyone who falls for it is taken straight into a security awareness course, so the lesson lands at the moment it matters.

Ready-made courses
Content written by My1Service that your organisation can put in front of its people straight away.
Everyday habits that protect the personal information your organisation holds: spotting phishing, strong passwords and MFA, working remotely safely and reporting incidents.
What POPIA requires, the 8 conditions for lawful processing, data subject rights, breach response and the Information Officer role, using real South African scenarios.
A scenario-based course built around how personal information moves through a working day: collect, use, share, store, dispose and respond.

Questions
Yes. Every organisation gets its own branded space on its own web address, so learners see your organisation, not ours.
Yes. Admins can invite subject-matter experts as instructors. They build courses from modules, video, slides and questions, and publish them to everyone or to specific people.
Plans include ready-made courses such as Cybersecurity Awareness, POPIA Compliance Essentials and POPIA in Practice, and the catalogue keeps growing.
We send your staff realistic, branded phishing emails and track who opens, clicks and enters their details. Anyone caught goes straight into an awareness course. Passwords typed into a simulated page are checked for weakness and then discarded, never stored.
There are six plans, from Learn (your own courses only) through POPIA, Cyber, Cyber & Compliance and Cyber Advanced, to Complete, which includes everything. We'll help you choose the right one.
Yes. Learners who pass a course can download a certificate, and admins can see completion and pass rates in their reporting.
